Tow operators too often show up late, if at all, to pick up the vehicles they offer to buy. • Members commit to only using licensed and bonded towers that people can safely have over to their homes to pick up purchased vehicles.
• Members agree to pay the price offered on the phone and to avoid haggling when it is time to pick up the vehicle.
• Members agree to include all towing, storage, and title transfer fees in the price offered to people (i.e. no hidden fees).
• Members ensure that all license plates on junk and salvage cars are shredded to protect their customers.
• Members commit to Green Policies that ensure that junk cars make the least impact on our environment.
